jompay99 supports a range of Malaysian payment methods for deposits, including Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX online banking, and direct bank transfers via Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, RHB, and Hong Leong Bank.

• All transactions are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). jompay99 does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions.
• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts apply and are displayed within the cashier section of your jompay99 account dashboard.
• jompay99 only accepts deposits from payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party deposits are strictly prohibited.

• jompay99 is not responsible for any fees or charges levied by your financial institution or e-wallet provider in connection with deposits.

jompay99 reserves the right to reverse or withhold any deposit that is determined to have been made in contravention of these Terms or applicable law.

Withdrawal requests are subject to the following conditions:

• You must complete jompay99's KYC verification process before any withdrawal will be processed. This is a mandatory anti-fraud and anti-money laundering requirement.
• Withdrawals will be processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically possible. jompay99 reserves the right to request alternative withdrawal methods where necessary for regulatory or operational reasons.

jompay99 offers various bonuses and promotions to eligible members. All bonuses are subject to the following general terms, and each individual offer may carry additional specific terms and conditions:

• Wagering requirements: Bonuses must be wagered a specified number of times before they or any winnings derived from them become withdrawable. The applicable multiplier for each offer is stated in the individual promotion's terms.
• Eligibility: Bonuses are subject to eligibility criteria which may include account verification status, previous bonus history, and the deposit method used.
• One bonus at a time: Unless otherwise stated, only one active bonus may be held in your account at any time. Opting in to a new bonus while another is active may result in the forfeiture of the existing bonus.
